The first aid kit is small, but very spacious and sturdy. I use it as a small first aid set for minor cuts, and I always throw it in my backpack. It's lightweight, and you can easily fit all the essential bushcraft accessories in it. I like the practical pocket for gloves. I definitely recommend it!
Handy first aid kit made of polyester, characterized by durability and abrasion resistance. Reflective marking on the front ensures safety in low-light conditions, reflecting light and marking the user's location. It will work very well for everyday use, as well as for longer survival expeditions.
It is equipped with two mesh pockets inside and one outer pocket sewn from elastic material to allow quick access to the most necessary items. The EDC Med Kit is closed with a strong YKK zipper.
A row of webbing in the MOLLE/PALS system and a paracord loop were used, allowing for easy attachment to, for example, trousers, a kidney or a backpack.

Helikon has created a first aid kit with a minimalist design that perfectly serves its purpose. The external pocket allows instant access to gloves, and the inside lets you easily get to the rest of the equipment. It holds all the necessary small items, making it excellent for everyday carrying. The sturdy mounting ensures stability and safety during use. I definitely recommend it.

The first aid kit is very practical and functional, and as always with Helikon, it is extremely well made. You will easily fit all the basic things you need to provide first aid for minor injuries inside. I definitely recommend it.

The first aid kit is very practical and, despite its small size, I consider it an excellent choice – I would buy it again without hesitation. The Helikon EDC Med Kit in the Adaptive Green version is a functional everyday carry set. Well made, compact and lightweight, it allows you to quickly access the necessary medical accessories if needed. Its discreet colour makes it easy to find in an emergency, while not drawing attention. It is a product I can definitely recommend to anyone who cares about safety and wants to be prepared to give first aid.

The first aid kit is made from thin materials, which makes it exceptionally lightweight – even when you put dressings inside, you can barely feel its weight, so it works perfectly as an EDC. Thanks to the paracord loop, you can easily attach it to a carabiner. The MOLLE strap is soft and thin, but fulfils its function just as well as traditional, rigid straps. Despite its small size, it fits a lot inside – unlike the Helikon Micro Med Kit, here you can easily fit a rolled-up bandage and a small bottle of disinfectant. The flexible outer pocket is ideal for gloves.

A practical and compact gadget. I carry it in my backpack every day. It easily fits the most essential items, and thanks to its small size, it's convenient and unobtrusive. I think it works well as an addition to a traditional first aid kit.

Typical Helikon quality, although this time a soft synthetic material was used instead of Cordura – this works well when the pouch is packed to the maximum, as it is quite small. The downside is the lack of a quick-release Velcro solution, so I would treat it more as an ordinary pocket than a classic IFAK.

The first aid kit is very small but can successfully hold all the most essential items. It is made precisely from a thin yet durable material, which makes it very flexible. You can't fit scissors, NRC foil or even the smallest Octenisept bottle inside, but the kit itself will fit in any pocket. Its advantage is its optionally achievable thickness – all flat items no larger than 10x10 cm will fit without a problem. It's a great compromise between small pouches for medical accessories and large, fold-out first aid kits.

The product is well made, but its size is very small. It will only fit a few plasters and bandages. I think it won't be suitable for trips to the mountains. It is suitable for everyday use, but it is really small.

I purchased the Helikon EDC Med Kit - Crimson Sky. It is well made from high-quality materials and also has reflective inserts. It has fully met my expectations in terms of quality. The parcel arrived quickly in Ukraine. Thank you very much.

This is a very practical and neat first aid kit. It stands out for its careful workmanship and aesthetic appearance. The glove compartment is functional. The molle type handle works perfectly with my set. I fully recommend it!

As always, Helikon products are very well made and carefully sewn. As soon as I received the first aid kit, I immediately removed all the tags and the MOLLE mounting element (unnecessary for me, more of a nuisance than a benefit). Compared to the MINI MED KID model, the current model is slightly smaller (see attached reference photo). I transferred the equipment from the Mini Med Kid to the new first aid kit, except for the small bottle (about 20ml Octenisept) and the standard NRC foil due to a lack of space. I think the pocket for medical gloves could be a bit wider on the sides (by about 0.5 cm) so that two pairs could fit comfortably. I am also curious as to why the logo and the MED symbol are placed vertically, while the interior is arranged the other way round when opened – perhaps this is intentional? It's also strange that the new product has the old logo.

The Helikon EDC Med Kit in Adaptive Green shade is a convenient and well-designed rescue set, ideal for everyday use. It is sturdy, handy and lightweight, enabling quick access to necessary medical supplies in case of an emergency. Its subdued colour means it is less visible, but still easy to find when needed. It is a great choice for people who care about the safety of themselves and others, and who want to be prepared to provide help in emergencies.
