Helikon Cougar Softshell Windblocker QSA HID Jacket - Navy Blue

Thanks to the Windblocker membrane, the jacket provides good protection against the wind. On the outside, the jacket has a Teflon DuPont coating to protect against dirt and water. The hood (concealed in the collar) can be adjusted comfortably, without taking your hands out of the pockets, by means of drawstrings hidden in the chest pockets.

The Cougar jacket, thanks to the membrane inside, has a vapour permeability of 8,000 g/m2/24h. This means resistance to light precipitation and wind, as well as breathability to prevent excessive sweating.

The jacket is equipped with a system of retractable ID panels, which can be exposed for identification purposes. The blank panels are part of the set, thus giving the wearer the possibility to personalise it by printing, embroidering a suitable name.

The jacket is equipped with theQSA (Quick Side Access) system , which guarantees quick, unhindered access to tactical accessories mounted at the waist (from both sides). Thanks to it, the user is able to reach for a weapon, stun gun or other accessories in one smooth movement, which significantly influences reaction time under threat conditions. The civilian look and appropriate positioning of the QSA system works well for service operations in urban conditions.

The jacket is fastened with a two-way zip. Under the armpits there are zip adjustable vents. Additional protection against the cold is provided by velcro adjustable cuffs and a drawstring at the bottom of the jacket.

The jacket has seven pockets:
- 2 on the chest zipped,
- 2 on sleeves zipped,
- 1 internal,
- 1 small pocket on the lower left sleeve,
- 1 pass-through pocket on the back.

Replaceable concealed ID panels:
- 1 on the back 27 cm wide,
- 2 front panels with a width of 10 cm.
