The bag is light and spacious. It also works well as carry-on luggage during flights. You can pack many things in it when sightseeing – a camera, binoculars, water, multitool, torch, Kindle, music player with DAC and headphones, and plenty of other odds and ends. It is bigger, more flexible and definitely lighter than jumbo-type bags available on the market.

The bag is really spacious, and when emptied it is flat and unobtrusive. You can easily fold it to a small size and put it in your backpack, so you have it to hand if you later need a durable and large transport bag. In my opinion, this is a very practical solution. The zip and other elements seem sturdy and made of good quality materials. I don't quite understand why the strap is detachable with buckles – maybe it's the Helikon system, which allows you to attach the bag to the backpack.

A comfortable bag made from sturdy materials. Its 17-litre capacity and practical pocket layout work well both for everyday use and field trips. The material is resistant to damage, and the zips function flawlessly. An added benefit is the option to attach extra equipment. Although some people might miss more advanced compartments, overall the bag performs well and I can confidently recommend it.

Helikon-Tex Bushcraft Satchel Just received my Helikon Bushcraft Satchel. Impressive quality and I really like the features, for me the internal side pockets are a must have. Size is big enough to put a lot of stuff in it. Great.

For the promotional price of 136.79 PLN, it is definitely worth buying. I wouldn’t recommend this bag at the regular price, though. It is very roomy, but it looks more like a sack with a shoulder strap. I bought a Helikon organiser for it to make it easier to keep things tidy. The Cordura is quite thin—I haven’t tested it in heavy rain yet, so we’ll see how it performs.

The Helikon Bushcraft Satchel is an excellent choice for those seeking a solid and functional bag. Made from durable material, it is resistant to wear and water. The 17-litre capacity works very well both for short outings and for everyday use. The space inside the bag is practically arranged, and the pockets and zips are really strong. The MultiCam Black model gives the bag a professional look – I definitely recommend this product.

A sturdy bag, or rather a sack. It fits quite a lot of things because its shape adapts to the contents. I also have the courier medium model, but a Steam Deck in its case doesn't fit in that one during business trips, while all my electronics pack into this bag with no trouble. I definitely recommend it!

Very positive opinion; there are two pockets inside on the sides that hold 1.5-litre bottles; the only thing missing for complete happiness is a loop for keys inside the bag. Tested in urban conditions on longer routes.

Today I received the Helikon Bushcraft Satchel 17L in Melange Blue – at first glance, it’s clear that it is excellently made and very spacious. My first impressions are very positive, as confirmed by the unboxing video posted above.

Basically, I haven’t yet had to carry cement or bricks in it, but probably everything else so far. It's a sort of bag with a shoulder strap – more for throwing everything in than organising contents. Inside there are two side pockets, ideal for a 1.5L bottle, and a small zipped mesh pocket which I usually use for sweets or tissues. All in all, a great bag, very durable. Worth waiting for a sale, because the regular price seems a bit steep, but overall the product is very good.
