Helikon Bushcraft Haversack 8 l bag - Coyote

The bag was bought for my wife, who works as a tour guide. It is perfectly suited for storing all sorts of guide-related bits and pieces. The only requirement was the colour black. Just like me with my black and green bag, my wife complains about the small clasp on the flap – a bigger one would be more practical. Other than that, she is satisfied with the purchase.

The bag is perfect for everyday use at work. All the small items like keys, phone or food fit in easily. I really like the combination of green and black. I’m taking off one star for the small clasp on the flap – you can get used to it, but it’s not quite right for me. Overall, the bag is excellent.

As usual, Helikon rose to the occasion – the bag is very well made, it can hold a one-litre bottle, but a 1.5-litre one won't fit. I had been looking for a modern solution in a vintage style for a long time, and this bag is the perfect choice. It is great for work and for one- or two-day trips. Note: it won't stand on its own when empty, but does when filled. The colour looks even better in reality. Many ask where you can buy such a bag. The shop service as always professional. The perfect bag for work – it has exactly as much space as you need. Great colour (grey-green) and very good quality material. It fits a bottle of water, a packed lunch and various EDC items like a powerbank. You can attach a velcro organiser (e.g. M-Tac). With the PALS system, you can thread a paracord with a stopper, which helps with the protruding sides of the main compartment under the flap.

It's a great bag, ideal for taking sandwiches and keys to work. It will also be perfect for a quick trip to the forest for tea. I received the package quickly. I recommend it, Paweł.

A really great product. The material and workmanship are flawless, that's obvious. I'd like to point out a very clever idea. On the sides I attached two keros pouches, which fit this bag perfectly, better than other pockets of which I have plenty. On the front I attached a small first aid kit. Very useful during a short trip by car for coffee in the countryside, when I don't want to take a big backpack. It has a rigid shape, which is an added advantage. To sum up, it's a really useful gadget.

This is already my second haversack. The first, in earth brown, is for the forest and trips, while I wear the black one every day, also to work. The bag is small and compact, but very roomy. The large number of zipped pockets is a huge plus – valuables are safe, and you grow to like the way the main pocket closes over time. Very practical bottle pocket, two attachments for keys or other accessories. I also bought a panel with Velcro to better organise small items and keep everything under control. The strap is comfortable, though it could be a bit softer and fit better.

The bag works brilliantly for everyday use. Initially, it was meant to be used only in the car, but its size and functionality have meant I use it daily. It easily holds all the necessary things – I was worried about the lack of a zip in the main compartment, but the most important items, like documents and keys, have their own place in a zipped pocket. The main compartment is perfect for everything else. The material and workmanship are top-notch, as you’d expect from Helikon. Definitely recommended.

Great bag for trips. Its size is perfect for taking the essentials – for more equipment I would choose a rucksack, though. At first, I thought the fastening was the weakest element of the bag, but over time I got used to it.

The bag is very functional, the right size, made from high-quality material, well designed inside and equipped with a wide, detachable shoulder strap. I still need to buy a velcro organiser for the velour divider, then it will fully meet my expectations.
