I'm very satisfied with the purchase, the shorts are really great. Well made, the material looks good. The pockets are large. I really recommend them.

Very comfortable everyday shorts for warmer days, mainly thanks to the pockets. They get dirty faster than the olive ones and dry slower compared to PoliCotton. It's worth unpicking the adjustment belt for comfort, as it can dig in under a belt.
-
Excellent trousers, carefully made, as always Helikon does not disappoint. The material is light and airy, the trousers are loose and do not restrict movement. Good product. I recommend.

The shorts are roomy, durable and 100% natural material – I’ve only been buying these for years, in different colours. They last a very long time in great condition, the only flaw over the years has been the occasional button coming off. Once they wore out more quickly, but that was because of intensive cycling. It's a pity it's already the end of the series, I hope Helikon will introduce a similar model made of pure cotton.

Capacious, durable, completely natural and available in various interesting colours. The only time I wore them out faster than usual (fraying at the crotch) was due to really intense cycling. In my opinion, these trousers are almost flawless – for years, every time I need new shorts, I go for this model.
-
Very nice shorts – I was convinced after previously buying long trousers from the same material, which have worked brilliantly. Loose, do not restrict movement, ideal for the shooting range. Helikon, as always, delivered. I recommend!
-
I'm generally very pleased. The trousers are very well made, and the pockets are spacious. The only downside for me is that the cargo pockets only fasten with buttons (no Velcro), but that's a small thing. I definitely recommend these trousers!

Very comfortable shorts. The legs are wide and do not restrict movement, which is important with larger thighs. The pockets are practical and spacious. The only downside is the poorly sewn buttons, but that can be easily fixed.
-
The sizing is generous – I usually choose XL, but even size L is loose. Apart from that, the trousers are well made, they don't overheat in the heat, and the material is pleasant. After several field trips, I haven't noticed any damage.

Just like the green trousers, these are very comfortable. Though they're wide, they look good, and full pockets don't restrict movement. The only minus is that the buttons aren't sewn on well, but that's easy to fix.
-
The shorts are made very solidly – the only downside is the buttons coming off, but with Helikon this happens (they are easy to sew on, so it's not a problem). The legs are wide (finally a normal width, not narrow like usual) and the pockets are very roomy and do not get in the way while walking.

For Helikon trousers – very good quality workmanship, the waist adjustment with the drawstring is a great solution. This is already my third pair from this company and each one performs well.
-
This is already my fifth pair of BDU from Helikon, three of which are shorts – I think that says it all. Classic short trousers with a functional small pocket below the hips. My only reservation – the colour is a bit darker than in the photo.
-
Good trousers, although I don't understand why the flap of the large front pocket is sewn in, preventing it from opening fully – it’s not a production error, but this detail seems odd for this style. If this matters to you, bear it in mind. Other than that, I recommend them – 5/5.

BDU trousers from Helikon have always worked for me and I think it's worth sharing my experiences. I ordered them in size 3XL – they're a bit bigger and wider, which also makes them very comfortable. When it comes to durability or comfort, in my opinion only contract trousers can compete with Helikon. Of course, I had to sew on the buttons because they were loosely sewn, but I've had this issue with contract clothes before. The trousers are breathable – wearing them on a warm day, it feels like they're not the usual combat trousers, which is thanks to the cotton. I tested them during several hours in the field and they wore really well, even more comfortably than those made from polycotton. The only downside is that it would be good if Helikon returned to their old sizes (i.e. making long BDU in 3XL for a 120 cm waist), because currently there are no sizes for bigger men :p.
