The backpack is surprisingly spacious despite its inconspicuous appearance. The material is exceptionally soft, so if you don't fill it up completely, it may bend in a funny way. I didn't have this problem, because I usually carried a laptop in it against my back. Unfortunately, when carrying a heavier load, the top strap came off, but after sewing it back myself, everything works flawlessly. I still use it and I am satisfied.
