Fissman Sasaki Kojiro Santoku Kitchen Knife 18 cm
Fissman Sasaki Kojiro Santoku Kitchen Knife 18 cm
A Santoku kitchen knife, inspired by the traditional Asian chef's knife, is a versatile tool for slicing and chopping vegetables, fruit, herbs and also for portioning meat and fish. The blade is made of durable AUS-8 stainless steel and its hammered surface reduces food sticking during use.
Hardened AUS-8 stainless steel
The blade of the knife is made of high-grade AUS-8 stainless steel, hardened to 58 HRC. This material is characterised by high corrosion resistance and the hardening process makes the blade more resistant to wear and slower to blunt. The surface of the blade has been hammered, which gives the knife an original appearance and reduces the sticking of the cut products to the blade.
G10 laminate handle
The handle of the knife has been made of durable G10 laminate. The material provides a secure grip and is also resistant to moisture and requires no extra care. The handle, with its straight, oblong shape, increases comfort and cutting precision.
