The blade of the knife is made of German X50CrMoV15 stainless steel, hardened to HRC 57, which guarantees exceptional durability and wear resistance, ideal for everyday use. The symmetrical, double-sided sharpening makes cutting and slicing much easier, ensuring maximum control during use.

The handle has been ergonomically contoured and made of durable polypropylene plastic, which provides a secure grip and high comfort. The thickening at the beginning of the blade acts as a finger guard, protecting the hand from slipping on the blade. Thanks to the screwless technology of connecting the blade to the handle, the knife is easier to clean and does not accumulate dirt.
