The CIRAS (Combat Integrated Releasable Armor System) modular vest is equipped with a system of steel cables, known as Quick Release, which facilitates quick removal of the vest.
A large number of pouches and pockets allow for convenient carrying of spare magazines, tools, torches, and everything else necessary during field operations.
Horizontal mounting straps compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system are sewn onto the vest, allowing for the addition of extra accessories.
The vest is equipped with:
- a large zipped pocket,
- a triple pocket for storing M4/M16 type magazines,
- a double pocket for storing M4/M16 type magazines,
- two smaller pockets for magazines,
- admin panel,
- a radio pocket, closed with a snap buckle.
Both the front and rear panels feature 34 x 27 cm and 30 x 27 cm pockets for ballistic plates.
The Velcro sewn onto the admin panel allows you to attach any patches or emblems, such as a national flag, unit emblem, or Morale Patches, giving the vest a personal touch.
