I gave it as a gift in a pink shade with an engraved inscription. I think it will work great for trips on winter days. I hope someone will use it someday and drink a beverage from it.

This mug may not be the cheapest, but it beats competing products with its quality of workmanship and attractive appearance. The matte blue colour looks really good. Compared to the mugs my wife has used so far, Contigo is a whole different level. It really is a premium class. It's better to pay a bit more once than to keep replacing weaker products. A solid, refined, and well-designed mug. It looks sturdy and elegant. I definitely recommend it.

I bought my wife a second one of this model, as the first one, after almost three years of daily intensive use, finally broke – the cover for the unlocking button on the lid came off (although you can still use the mug). However, you should keep in mind that this is not a thermos, so a hot drink retains its temperature for about 3-4 hours, especially with frequent opening, and that’s in home conditions.
