Functional fish smoking hook with a length of 25 cm made of durable acid-resistant steel, characterised by resistance to corrosion and absorption of flavours and odours. The design of the triple blade and strut prevents the fish carcass from closing during smoking, ensuring that it is smoked evenly from both the outside and inside.

The contoured sling with a rod diameter of 3 mm ensures that the fish does not skew when hung.
