To extend the shelf life, the product has undergone sterilisation. The product is available in a 280 g can with an easy open lid, which requires no opener. It works excellently as a food source during long mountain trips, camping, and field activities.

    The canned food has a very good taste – both eaten cold and after being heated. It is more expensive than many other products, but in my opinion, it is worth paying more for its quality and taste. It goes best with dark bread and pickled cucumber or with military crackers.

    The product is fine at a promotional price, though it has its drawbacks :(. I got a piece with more 'patches and membranes', typical for this kind of meat. The taste also seemed quite salty to me – that's a matter of preference, of course, but when you're hungry, you'll eat anything :)
