The stitching is solid, with no loose threads, the zips work smoothly. The fleece material isn’t very thick, but the mesh-structured lining stiffens the whole vest. The lightweight construction could be considered an advantage, as the product is intended as an extra layer of insulation. Once on, it hugs the body well and doesn’t ‘hang’ after washing. It looks smart over a Pentagon hoodie, a T-shirt, or under a shirt with a collar. A big advantage is the chest pocket, which holds a normal phone, and spacious, zipped side pockets lined on the inside with fleece – making those spots twice as thick. Size M matches the measurements listed in the table on the Militaria website. How it will wear in use – time will tell, but for now, the opinion is very positive.

Elastichem around the shoulders protects against excessive stretching of the material. Loose cut does not limit freedom of movement, while adapting to the figure.
The Voio model is fastened with a zipper covered with a strip to protect against wind and moisture. My first impressions: The Alpinus vest is well made, I didn't notice any protruding threads, the zips work smoothly, and the fleece material is thin, but the textured lining reinforces it well. The use of lightweight material works great as additional insulation. When worn, the vest keeps its shape and still looks good on the figure after washing. It looks great over a Pentagon sweatshirt, t-shirt or under a collared shirt. The chest pocket holds a typical phone, and the wide side pockets are also very practical, all closed with zips. The interiors of the pockets are lined with fleece, making them doubly thick. Size M matches the dimensions given on the Militaria website, everything fits to the centimetre. We'll see how the vest performs with use, but my initial impressions are very positive.

Extremely fast order processing, the parcel placed before noon was already in the parcel locker the next morning. The size matches the description, the vest is comfortable and warm, wears well, and the price is appropriate. I definitely recommend this product.

The vest turned out to be very helpful, especially during the cooler days this summer – for example in the evenings. It keeps you warm, is easy to carry, and doesn’t crease. The fabric feels nice to the touch. At this price, it’s worth buying and keeping as a spare in your backpack. I think it’ll also work well in winter as an extra layer under a jacket.
