I bought this first-aid kit mainly with my car and family holidays in mind, as it easily fits in the glove compartment and does not take up much space in the boot, while its contents include everything you need for minor injuries, burns or cuts. It contains over 30 items, so it's not just a set of a few plasters and dressings – there are things here that can really come in handy in emergency situations. Compared to first-aid kits from supermarkets or petrol stations, this one stands out for its much higher quality – someone has really put a lot of thought into its equipment. I highly recommend it.
Modular first aid kit Sport (U) provides protection in any place where there is a risk of injury from accidents occurring during physical activity. It will also fulfill its role as a injury treatment kit.
Cooling spray allows you to quickly cool the site of injury, giving immediate relief. Kinesiology tape (kinetic tape) will allow you to plaster selected areas of the body, aiding muscle recovery and getting rid of pain. The module also includes warming and cooling plasters for dressing an injury, as well as sports taping to support muscle function.
The included hydrogel bandages due to their high water content and high heat capacity, they provide effective cooling of burns. Their important advantage is sterility, they do not cause the risk of hypothermia and provide protection for the wound from infection. Hydrogel dressing provides moisture balance on the wound surface – absorbs wound exudate or rehydrates the wound for wounds that are dry. The hydrogel does not stick to the wound, so changing the dressing is painless.
The set includes:
- nitrile gloves L - 2 pairs,
- cold pack - 1 piece,
- cooling spray for injuries 130 ml - 1 piece,
- elastic bandage 5 m x 10 cm - 1 piece,
- elastic bandage 5 m x 12 cm - 2 pieces,

Quite a nice first aid kit – perfect for the home or car, and its contents live up to the manufacturer's promises. I like that the equipment comes in a mesh cover, which prevents things from spilling out when you open it.
-
Great module, just like all Traumakit products. It's the only manufacturer whose ready-made kits I use. Their first aid kits are well thought out, have everything you need and are solidly made. I also really like the solution with modules.

The module is very sturdy, just like all Traumakit products. This is probably the only company whose ready-made kits I use. Their first aid kits are well designed, complete and of high quality. I also appreciate their idea with the modules.

Great first aid kit, everything you need is in one place. I keep it at home on a daily basis, but I take it on every outdoor trip, whether it's a walk, to the forest, in the mountains, or on a motorcycle. It's lightweight and easily fits into a backpack or motorcycle pannier.

The equipment is of a high standard, with many items described in Polish. The scissors are very sharp and easily cut through clothing; I haven't tested them on seatbelts. The packaging is highly visible and has a Velcro fastener, so it shouldn't move around, for example, in a car. The only downside is the way the dressings are arranged, as a weak mesh is used for this, which tears easily.
