Semiautomatic crampons

Semi-automatic crampons are a combination of automatic and basket crampons. This type of crampons can only be mounted to shoes with a special rim in the back of the sole. They are recommended in particular to experienced lovers of alpine sports and those who want to tackle more demanding routes, including those that include the basic elements of glacier tourism.

The aggressive tread used in them, as well as two front teeth, allow safe overcoming of steep approaches. In addition, the crampons are equipped with snow pads, which eliminate the risk of snow sticking to their underside. They are also equipped with an advanced adjustment system that allows the crampons to fit shoes in sizes 36 to 47. The adjustment process is simple: just lift the locking mechanism, unfold the front and rear parts of the crampon and set the desired length.
