Garmont

Garmont is an Italian footwear brand with a long-standing tradition, its roots dating back to 1867. The company was established at the foot of the Dolomites and from the very beginning focused on producing footwear tailored to demanding mountain conditions. Since the 1960s, Garmont has been developing as a manufacturer of outdoor, trekking, climbing, skiing, and approach shoes. Garmont also offers tactical footwear.

Development and Innovations

From the start of its operations, Garmont has emphasized innovation and continuous product improvement. The company has developed and implemented a range of proprietary technologies, such as:

• A.D.D. (Anatomically Directed Design) – a system ensuring precise fit of the shoe to the foot's anatomy, which translates to comfort and safety during walking.
• Frame Flex – insole technology that allows the optimal adaptation of sole rigidity to the type of activity.

Modern materials are used in production, including GORE-TEX waterproof membranes and Vibram soles, which guarantee durability and grip even in the most challenging terrain.
