The high upper is made from polyester material with seamless TPU reinforcements at key points. These materials ensure appropriate resistance while maintaining a low shoe weight. Thanks to ADD technology (Anatomically Directed Design), the construction takes into account the natural anatomy of the foot, improving fit and comfort during movement.
Garmont EVA Footbed insole
The interior features a Garmont EVA Footbed made of lightweight EVA foam, equipped with antistatic thread, which helps dissipate static electricity. The lining works in tandem with the breathable upper construction to enhance comfort during extended wear.
Vibram TACTOOR sole, Traction Lug, Add technology
The boots have a Vibram TACTOOR sole, suitable for use on various terrains. The sole construction provides grip, durability, and stability during movement. The applied Traction Lug technology increases the contact surface area of the tread with the ground, improving grip on various surfaces.
Dual closure system
The lacing system works with a side zipper, allowing for quick donning and removal of the boots. ADD (Anatomically Directed Design) is Garmont's proprietary footwear construction system, taking into account the anatomical structure of the foot and its natural movement. It includes, among other things, space for the big toe, asymmetric lacing and tongue, varied support around the ankles, and a contoured height of the upper. These solutions improve fit and foot stabilization, support shock absorption, and reduce pressure points, decreasing the risk of chafing and discomfort while walking.
TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) membrane is a flexible layer that provides waterproofing, windproofing and breathability. It is used in outdoor clothing and footwear and protects against moisture and wind while wicking water vapor to the outside. It is durable, resistant to damage and conforms to body movements.
