A tactical belt set consisting of two pieces, 50 mm wide, is crafted for the comfortable carrying of essential gear. Constructed from tough and abrasion-resistant 500D Cordura, it includes an internal stiffening insert made of thermoplastic material. The laser-cut MOLLE/PALS system facilitates the easy attachment of additional equipment.
Two-piece construction, durable Cordura
The design is composed of a two-part system featuring an inner and outer belt. The inner belt effectively holds the outer belt in position. It is constructed from lightweight tape with Velcro closures, allowing for easy adjustment and ensuring that accessories stay firmly in place.
The outer section, 50 mm wide, is crafted from robust, abrasion-resistant Cordura fabric. Reinforced by a stiffening thermoplastic insert, it can support heavier loads while providing adequate rigidity and stability when worn.
Cobra QD buckle, G-Buckle
The inner belt is secured with a robust metal Cobra QD buckle featuring a D-ring for attaching extra gear. The outer belt connects to the inner belt using Velcro straps and G-Buckle buckles, and can be tailored for size with an adjustable drawstring on the right side.
MOLLE/PALS system in Laser Cut technology
The outer belt is equipped with 3 levels of MOLLE/PALS loops crafted using Laser Cut technology, allowing for the attachment of extra gear such as pouches, drop bags, or covers. An extended panel on the left side features 45-degree diagonal cuts, enabling efficient configuration and organization of the equipment.

MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) is a system for attachment of tactical equipment, used for example in backpacks or tactical vests. It provides the possibility of flexible and modular placement of various accessories and pockets, which allows personalization and optimal adjustment of the item to the specific needs of the user. It is widely used by the military, special services and survival and outdoor enthusiasts.
PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) is a modular mounting system for pockets and pouches, used in the MOLLE system. It consists of horizontally sewn rows of 1 inch (25.4 mm) wide, fixed spacing webbing (such as on a backpack) and vertical webbing for attachment and threading (on a pocket). This system is usually equipped with snaps, which further secures the pinned items.
LCS (Laser Cut System) is a new version of the assembly used in the MOLLE system, where instead of traditional tapes, laser-cut holes are used directly in the material. The system is much lighter than standard sewn-on PALS tapes and guarantees better camouflage. The holes are hemmed with thread to prevent fuzzing and ripping, or, as in the case of Cordura, the laser-cut edges are fused.
