I bought these matches. Apart from the fact that they are indeed hermetically sealed, inside are ordinary, short-ended matches. Honestly, it's a bit disappointing :-( Maybe they're suitable for survival, but they probably won't withstand an assault :-(

These may not be the cheapest matches, but thanks to the sealed packaging, there's no risk of them getting wet. I keep them in all the backpacks I take outdoors. Highly recommend.

The biggest advantage is the packaging – it's small, very practical, and easily fits practically anywhere, whether in the smallest organizer, pants pocket, hoodie, or jacket. It doesn't get in the way when carrying it. I haven't checked yet if it's waterproof, but the cap lacks a rubber gasket. The matches inside look completely ordinary and don't have an extra amount of combustible mass. Maybe that's due to their intended use – these are not storm matches, just survival matches, so the most thoughtfully designed element is the box itself. The external striker is very rough; sometimes it scrapes off a large part of the match before it lights – especially when the air is very humid.

The matches perform their function well. Stored in a sealed box, they withstood rainfall without any problems, they are small in size, so it's easy to store them practically anywhere. I definitely recommend them.

I purchased these as a cheaper alternative to my storm proof matches which are more than twice the price. I just needed something to light my alcohol stove in cold weather. I really like the small little tub they come in it's made carrying them easy and the striker works well also - very happy with my purchase.

The small, convenient packaging works great as EDC; you can always have one with you. The striker is a bit too rough and scrapes off the match head, so I glued a piece from an ordinary box on and now it’s fine.
