The spray and the microfiber cloth work amazingly well. Personally, I apply one spray on each side of the lenses and then wipe them with the cloth without touching the lenses with my fingers. The result is absolutely no fogging, even during more demanding work or when wearing a face mask, which used to be a major cause of my glasses fogging up.

I'll start with the cloth – it really cleans well, is soft, and works great for polishing glasses, which then look nice and shiny. However, I'm not fully convinced by the liquid. Maybe it does reduce fogging, but it leaves greasy marks that are visible in the light and are hard to remove. I'll give it four stars, because maybe that's standard for this type of product. However, I wouldn't recommend it for cleaning alone.

In my opinion, this is a good solution as described. Just a few sprays on the lenses and wipe with the included cloth. It's better to take the glasses apart and apply the liquid then, to thoroughly cover the entire surface. Price and quality are also a plus. You can also follow the instructions from the military video.
