The mat is compact and easy to fit in a backpack. You can sleep on your side on it. I weigh 106 kg, and it performed well at 0°C. In the attached photo you can also see the Helikon Matilda backpack, which I can recommend.

A self-inflating mat designed for one person, constructed from 75D polyester, known for its exceptional durability and resistance to abrasion and mechanical harm. Utilizing lightweight, resilient polyurethane foam along with a high insulation R-Value of 2.9, it offers superior protection against cold temperatures and uneven surfaces.
Upon unfolding, the foam expands, allowing air to fill the mat. A patented design valve significantly reduces the risk of air leakage. Transportation is facilitated by a Velcro-equipped compression strap and an included carrying case.

Although it doesn't inflate perfectly on its own, just a few breaths are enough to have it fully inflated. It's comfortable, insulates well, and is easy to fold and unfold. I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

Very light and comfortable, even when I sleep on my side after fully inflating it. The only downside is the need for lengthy inflation so I can lie comfortably (I weigh 90 kg and sleep on my side).
