This knife is amazing. Very sharp—bread and other baked goods slice extremely easily with it. Using it is more enjoyable than using a bread slicer, which I've completely given up in favor of Victorinox knives.

Kitchen knife designed for slicing bread. The handle of the knife is made of Fibrox fiber. It is slightly grained, so that the knife does not slip in the hand and lies securely even when the hands are wet or greasy. The handle is well contoured, abrasion and heat resistant.
