A bit more delicate than I expected – I thought the blade would be stiffer. Nevertheless, it works excellently. Very sharp and comfortable to use. Both the knife and the store are highly recommended.

After more than half a year of use, the knife's sharpness has slightly decreased, but it is still sufficient for everyday cooking. The grip has an interesting texture – it doesn't irritate, and at the same time, it's rough enough to ensure a firm hold while working. It feels light in the hand. I give a well-deserved 5 stars.
