I also ordered the Trangia because of a thin handle on the cooking set. It has a really good grip and fits different pots/pans. The only problem, as already mentioned, is that it has very sharp edges. You have to sand it down a bit yourself, otherwise it might scratch your dishes or you could cut yourself. Still, it's a good product.

I thought for a long time whether I would need this product for my mini Trangia set (a small frying pan and a pot without a handle). The set included a thin metal gripper, but this handle turned out to be extremely stable. I would buy it again, although you have to be careful because its tip is quite sharp and can scratch the dishes during transport. That's why I usually put it in a separate pocket in my backpack or wrap it in fabric. For the stability of the grip I give it a 5, and for workmanship a 4 – due to the sharp edge.

This is one of the most practical gadgets – you can easily grab hot dishes without worrying about getting burned. It does its job, and I use it on every trip.
