People focused on taste may be disappointed – it's not freshly baked bread, but mainly a backup for harder times, intended for long-term storage. The taste is okay though, especially when there's no alternative. As a reserve for crisis situations – it's irreplaceable.

A loaf of rye bread with an extended shelf life of up to 24 months. Perfect for military, preppers, sailors or hikers.
Two layers of film effectively protect the bread from moisture and the influence of other external factors. At the same time, they allow the bread to retain its unchanged flavor throughout the storage period.
The bread was prepared from rye flour with the addition of wheat flour. A single loaf weighs 700 g, and thanks to its shape it is easy to carry and store.
Bread within its Expiration date can be easily refreshed, in several different ways:
- in the microwave - after removing the outer foil, place the loaf in the oven for 3 minutes at 900W, then remove the inner foil and slice the bread,
- in the oven - after removing the outer foil, place the loaf in an oven preheated to 90-100°C for about 30 minutes, after removing the inner foil and cooling down, slice the bread,
- in a toaster oven - after removing both foils, slice the bread and place in the toaster oven,
- in water - without removing the foil, immerse the bread in 90°C water for about 30 minutes, after cooling, remove from the foil, slice after another 20 minutes,
- in a chemical flameless heater - without removing the foil, place the loaf in the heater, pour the chemical cartridge with the designated amount of water.
Thanks to its composition, the bread contains more than 30% more fiber compared to wheat bread. In addition, it has a high content of B vitamins, including niacin, and vitamin E.
Breads are repeatedly used by the Polish Armed Forces during peacekeeping operations, as well as by Civil Defense services during natural disasters.

You can eat the bread even long after the expiration date – I tested it myself. The taste is fine, though nothing exceptional. I think it’s worth having in your supplies for tough times, considering our culinary habits. I recommend both this product and the Militaria.pl store.

Military rye bread with a 24-month shelf life – 700g – is probably one of the most practical foods Militaria offers. You can store it for a long time or eat it every day with butter or pâté.

I definitely recommend it. The price may be higher, but this is not everyday bread. I’m attaching a photo of a fresh loaf (best before 03/20/2027). Request to Militaria.pl: pack these products in boxes – I had to return my first one because the courier squashed it forcing it into a too-small locker.
