TickLess – ultrasonic tick repeller is a compact, easy-to-use device that emits 40 kHz ultrasonic waves, inaudible to both humans and pets. The emitted signal disrupts the sensory receptors of ticks, disorienting them and making it difficult for them to locate a host. As a result, the parasite cannot distinguish humans from their surroundings. Ticks use the Haller's organ on their front legs to detect hosts. The ultrasonic waves interfere with this sensory organ, making it difficult for the parasite to locate prey. The effective range is about 2 meters, creating a protective zone. For optimal effectiveness, TickLess should be worn on the outer layer of clothing – easily clipped to a belt, backpack, or other gear – allowing the sound waves to spread freely.

My wife and I have been using this device for two years and in that time, neither of us has had a tick, even though we spend time outdoors almost every day. The product is worth its price. As always, this brand's products are of excellent quality – I have nothing to complain about.
