TickLess – ultrasonic tick repeller is a small, user-friendly gadget that produces 40 kHz ultrasonic waves, which are inaudible to both humans and pets. These waves interfere with the sensory receptors of ticks, causing disorientation and making it hard for them to find a host. Consequently, the ticks are unable to distinguish humans from their environment. Perfect for outdoor activities such as in the forest, garden, camping, fishing, or during survival expeditions—anywhere there's a risk of encountering ticks. Ticks can carry dangerous diseases like Lyme disease and tick-borne encephalitis, and using TickLess significantly reduces the chances of being bitten and infected.
NOTE: Even when used properly, a tick might still land on skin or clothing. However, the signal lowers the likelihood of the tick attaching to the host.
Operating range, IP13 rating
Ticks rely on the Haller's organ on their front legs to sense potential hosts. Ultrasonic waves disrupt this organ, hindering the parasite's ability to find prey. The protective zone extends up to approximately 2 meters. For maximum efficacy, TickLess should be worn on the outermost clothing layer — easily attachable to a belt, backpack, or other equipment — to allow the sound waves to disperse effectively.
The device is encased in sturdy plastic and offers moisture resistance in line with the IP13 standard. Nevertheless, it should not be submerged or come into direct contact with water.

TickLess offers an eco-friendly approach by emitting no chemicals and is extremely easy and convenient to use. Safe for pregnant women, children, the elderly, and individuals with pacemakers, it presents a safe alternative to chemical repellents, which can sometimes trigger allergic reactions.
Device operation
To initiate the device, remove the safety tab to start the system. Pressing the button will trigger four green LED flashes, indicating that the device is operational. While the device is active, a green LED will flash every 5 minutes. It automatically powers off after 8 hours but can also be manually deactivated; a long red flash will confirm it's turned off. Total operating time is approximately 3000 hours.

I used the device and didn't have a tick, so I hope it's effective. The sounds it makes are barely audible in my opinion—you have to put it up to your ear to hear them.

A great gadget for trips to the countryside and forest walks – TickLess Human Green protects with ultrasound (range of about 2 meters), without chemicals, and works for a long time – up to 3,000 hours. It's lightweight and really cool!

My wife and I have been using this device for two years and in that time, neither of us has had a tick, even though we spend time outdoors almost every day. My wife previously had Lyme disease six times, always caught early. As botanists, we meet many people with tick problems, but rarely does anyone bring more than 2-3 ticks. Reports of a dozen or so, as mentioned earlier, are exaggerated.

I'd give it zero stars if I could – I honestly envy those who were helped by the device. In my case, after two walks with TickLess on my belt, a dozen or so ticks returned home with me. The product is worth its price. As always, this brand's products are of excellent quality – I have nothing to complain about.
