I wouldn't dare to use this belt for powerlifting because it lacks an additional inner anchor point and a Velcro strip. However, for garden work, construction, or occasional gym exercises, it is perfectly sufficient. The stitching is solid, and the quality of the material matches the price. Due to its design, I find it more suitable for support work rather than bodybuilding, where heavy lifting is involved.
