Texar Rip-Stop Patrol Cap - Black

Black patrol cap made of durable Rip-Stop fabric, which is a blend of 55% polyester and 45% cotton. The fabric used is highly resistant to abrasion and mechanical damage, yet lightweight, breathable, and comfortable to wear. Rip-Stop fabric is designed for maximum durability – its distinctive structure limits the spread of any tears, increasing the cap's durability in harsh conditions. The combination of polyester and cotton provides the right balance between wear resistance and thermal comfort.

    A good cap at an affordable price. I chose it mainly because of the camouflage. The visor is shorter than in Helikon. However, Helikon offers better adjustment and seems to have a larger size range. The Texar cap I received fit a head with a circumference up to 58 cm, which surprised me because many reviews suggested it was a larger model.

    The cap was bought for my dad, it looks good and is carefully sewn, although the brim is shorter than in Helikon brand caps. The size surprised me a bit – at full adjustment, it fits a maximum circumference of 59cm, while Helikon products offer a wider range. I also don't think it's as deep as some other reviews suggest. Everyone has a different head, so that's probably why the opinions differ.
