The outer layer of the vest is made of nylon, which is characterized by high fiber density and protection against wind, abrasion, and moisture. Synthetic down effectively protects against cold and ensures comfort in low temperatures. Quilting construction allows for even distribution of the filling.

The vest features a zipper closure, and the high collar perfectly secures the neck against wind and cold.

There are two spacious zippered hip pockets on the sides.

The camouflage pattern wz.93 "Pantera" is currently used in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland as the first camouflage designed and implemented in the Third Republic of Poland. The 1993 pattern combines mimetic and deforming features through the application of spots of various sizes. The color scheme includes green, brown, and black, which allows for better adaptation to the conditions of Polish forests, making "Pantera" a suitable choice for operations in the native terrain. Uniforms with this camouflage also form the basic equipment of Military Class students.
