Tasmanian Tiger Base Pack Backpack 75-90 l - Olive
Backpack in Olive color with a capacity of 75 liters, designed for carrying a large amount of equipment during expeditions, trekking, and activities that require transporting heavy baggage. The use of a roll-top collar means that the capacity can be increased to 90 liters, making it easier to adjust the backpack to the amount of gear being carried.
The model combines an advanced carry system with the option of externally attaching equipment. Numerous MOLLE/PALS webbing straps placed on the front, sides, and flap allow additional pockets, pouches, and accessories to be attached. The design works well both during hiking and outdoor trips and in professional applications.
durable cordura 700d and T-Square Rip FD, dwr coating
The backpack is made from durable Cordura 700D and T-Square Rip FD material. The combination of both fabrics provides resistance to intensive use, abrasion, and loads that occur when carrying a large amount of equipment.
The surface is finished with a PFC- and PFAS-free DWR coating. The coating reduces moisture absorption and helps protect the contents from light rain. Reinforcements are placed in areas particularly exposed to loads, including around mounting webbing, compression points, and carry system elements.
well-thought-out cargo space
The backpack's basic capacity is 75 liters. After detaching the flap and using the roll-top collar, it can be increased to 90 liters. This solution makes it possible to flexibly adjust the space to the current load without the need to use additional modules.
The interior is divided into a main compartment and a bottom compartment. This layout makes baggage organization easier and allows gear used on an ongoing basis to be separated from items stored in the lower section. Access to the individual zones improves packing planning and reduces the need to remove all contents.
The backpack body has an elongated shape and is equipped with numerous compression points. This solution allows its volume to be reduced when it is not fully loaded and also helps stabilize the carried baggage.
adjustable flap and roll-top collar
The backpack is equipped with a detachable and height-adjustable flap that covers the upper part of the load and allows the closure to be adjusted to the fill level. The pocket placed on it provides quick access to the most essential small items, and a separate compartment allows for storing a first aid kit. The flap also features loops for attaching additional equipment and webbing compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system.
After the flap is detached, its role is taken over by the roll-top collar. It can be fastened in one of 2 positions, adjusting the height to the amount of gear being carried. This solution allows the backpack capacity to be increased from 75 to 90 liters while also limiting moisture and snow from getting inside. The roll-top design also makes it possible to reduce the overall size after partially emptying the backpack.
MOLLE/PALS system, numerous attachment points
The front of the backpack, the sides, and the flap are equipped with webbing compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system. They allow the attachment of additional pockets, pouches, and modules suited to the type of trip and the amount of gear being carried.
Attachment points and gear loops placed on the outer surfaces allow equipment to be carried outside the main compartment. They can be used to attach trekking poles, ice axes, clothing items, a mat, camping gear, or other accessories.
The combination of the MOLLE/PALS system with additional attachment points makes it possible to expand the backpack and adjust the way equipment is carried to individual needs.
space for a water tank, velcro panels
Velcro panels are placed on the front and flap of the backpack, making it possible to attach patches, identification markings, and emblems.
The backpack is compatible with a hydration system, so the water tank can be placed inside the main compartment and used while walking without needing to take the pack off. The tube can be routed through special openings and run along the shoulder straps.
Additional antenna ports make it possible to route an antenna or cables out of the main compartment. This solution helps keep cables organized and use communication devices without opening the backpack.
V2 carry system with chest strap and hip belt
Carrying comfort is provided by the V2 carry system. The design was developed for stable weight distribution between the back, shoulders, and hips during long treks. The contoured back panel and appropriately placed adjustment elements help fit the backpack to the body and keep it close to the wearer. This makes it easier to control the load while moving over uneven terrain.
The height-adjustable chest strap stabilizes the shoulder straps and limits their slipping off the shoulders. The wide hip belt stabilizes the backpack on the hips and reduces strain on the shoulders while walking. A special system enables tightening the hip belt by pulling the straps forward, while the classic front adjustment allows its circumference to be precisely fitted to the body. The combination of 2 adjustment methods improves stability and makes carrying heavy equipment more comfortable.

The velcro panel is an area with sewn-on Velcro tape that allows easy attachment of various additional items, such as patches or pockets.
Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.
DWR (Durable Water Repellency) is a durable waterproofing treatment that increases the surface tension of water and creates a hydrophobic coating on materials. It protects the material from rapid soaking, improves drying, provides stain resistance and increases breathability.
V2 is a fully adjustable carrying system designed to carry heavier loads. It increases the comfort of the backpack by relieving pressure on the spine and shoulders. Aluminum frame along with adjustable shoulder straps and chest strap, three-piece waist belt provide high flexibility. Multi-layer breathable foam with AirTex protection on the molded concave back panel is responsible for proper air circulation and moisture wicking.
MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) is a system for attachment of tactical equipment, used for example in backpacks or tactical vests. It provides the possibility of flexible and modular placement of various accessories and pockets, which allows personalization and optimal adjustment of the item to the specific needs of the user. It is widely used by the military, special services and survival and outdoor enthusiasts.
PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) is a modular mounting system for pockets and pouches, used in the MOLLE system. It consists of horizontally sewn rows of 1 inch (25.4 mm) wide, fixed spacing webbing (such as on a backpack) and vertical webbing for attachment and threading (on a pocket). This system is usually equipped with snaps, which further secures the pinned items.
