Professional active hearing protectors have been created for both law enforcement officers and sport shooting enthusiasts. They are suitable for use in the field and during training. Their low-profile design and high-quality materials ensure comfortable wear even for extended periods. They reduce noise in accordance with the European Single Number Rating (SNR) standard, offering attenuation at SNR 29 dB.

The SordinHEAR2 sound system provides optimal sound quality and offers four audio profiles (Hunter, Shooter, Focus, and Ambient off). Two waterproof omnidirectional microphones effectively capture ambient sounds and transmit them to the built-in speakers. Harmful sounds are suppressed to a safe level of 82 dB, while quiet sounds are amplified.

Profiled neckband made of plastic and steel, with a gradual adjustment system, allows for customization of the protectors to individual needs, while the folding design facilitates transport and storage. Earmuffs with comfortable gel pads significantly enhance wearing comfort. Thanks to the large and easily accessible function buttons, they can be operated with tactical gloves or in challenging weather conditions, suitable for both right- and left-handed shooters.

The model is powered by an AA battery or a Sordin Power 14500 rechargeable battery, allowing for operation up to approximately 400 hours. Battery replacement involves simply unscrewing the cover on the side of one of the ear cups. The device features a low energy warning system (when battery life allows for approximately 40 hours of operation) and an automatic shutdown function after 4 hours of inactivity.

The protectors have a 3.5 mm AUX audio input, allowing connection to devices such as a radio or mobile phone.
