A lightweight astronomical telescope with an objective diameter of 70 mm and a focal length of 500 mm. It will work well as a simple piece of equipment for the novice observer, allowing observations of the Moon, Sun (with the use of a suitable solar filter), planets, bright star clusters, galaxies or even bright nebulae.
The telescope is equipped with a simple AZ2 azimuthal mount with micro-motion controls, allowing smooth and intuitive following of the selected object.
It uses a 1.25", rack-and-pinion eyepiece extractor with a 90-degree angle cap and a 2x Barlow lens that allows for two upper magnifications. Two eyepieces with focal lengths of 10 and 25 mm.
