Sharpi Sharpening Stone Set - 200/360/600/1000/1500

A set of five plates for the Sharpi sharpening system. They can also be used in systems from other manufacturers, such as Ruixin, Apex, Kazak. They stand out for their durability and high effectiveness, allowing knives to be sharpened quickly and precisely, much more efficiently than using traditional water stones. The set includes four diamond plates and a ceramic stone. The set comes with a plastic storage case for safe storage of the stones.

The abrasive material is synthetic diamond applied to a steel plate and ceramic. The body is made of metal. The stones can be used with sharpening oil, water, or without coolant.

Gradation sizes 200 and 360 are used for sharpening heavily blunted knife edges or changing the cutting edge profile. Gradation sizes 600 and 1000 are intended for regular sharpening of slightly blunted knives, providing them with optimal working sharpness. The ceramic stone with gradation size 1500 is used for final polishing, giving the blade smoothness and ultimate sharpness.
