Overall, the radio is fine, but the AM range of 520–1710 KHz that this radio has does not include any Polish broadcasting station. The first program of Polish Radio is broadcast at 225 kHz. In crisis situations, long waves, due to their wide range, are most often used to transmit important information.
Sandberg Survivor All-in-1 2000 AM/FM Emergency Radio
AM/FM radio with power bank function. Ideal for outdoor activities like hiking, camping, beach activities, as well as in daily situations without access to external power.
Analog radio tuner, telescopic antenna
Equipped with a dual-band analog tuner that allows reception of programs in the FM and AM bands. The FM frequency range is 87.0 – 108.0 MHz, and AM is 520 – 1710 KHz. Band selection is controlled via a sliding switch on the front panel, while frequency tuning is done using a knob on the side panel. The current frequency is displayed on a precise scale. The built-in telescopic antenna guarantees a high standard of signal reception, and its ability to rotate in different directions improves reception quality.
LED flashlight, SOS signal
In addition to its radio function, the model can be used as a flashlight thanks to 3 built-in 90-lumen LEDs. They can light in a constant or flashing mode, which allows for sending an SOS signal in Morse code.
Built-in battery, solar panel, hand crank generator
The 2000 mAh battery is charged via a built-in solar module or hand crank generator. A full charge using the solar panel takes about 80 hours of full sun exposure. Turning the crank for one minute provides about 3 minutes of radio operation. Charging from an external power source via a USB-C cable is also possible and takes 3 hours.
Powerbank function, battery charge level indicator
Thanks to USB-A and USB-C ports, the radio can be used as a portable power bank, allowing you to charge multiple electronic devices like smartphones, tablets, or notebooks. The built-in charge level indicator informs about the battery status during use. A full battery charge allows for 20 hours of radio use.

It's a solid European product distinguished by its compact size and ability to operate without batteries. Just a few turns of the crank are enough to listen to the news. The built-in LED flashlight is very strong, and the power bank function, although not very capacious, easily allows you to recharge your phone. The SOS signal is effective – in addition to light signaling in Morse code, it also emits a loud, distinctive sound.
