This classic pocketknife looks excellent and has a unique character. The materials and build quality are outstanding for the price. I bought it for carving – the blades are very thin, making them perfect for tasks requiring precision and for everyday carry. They bend a bit when working with wood, are delicate, and could be a bit thicker. After changing the grind, the blades handle linden wood very well, but I'd be concerned about their durability with harder wood types. Having tried it, I would now choose the Cold Steel Stockman with slightly thicker blades. Recommended for fans of the trapper style.

The Rough Rider Blue Smooth Bone Whittler 440 is a folding knife that beautifully refers to classic designs and the beginnings of pocket knives. Perfectly finished, comfortable – definitely worth having in your collection!
-
The pocketknife is very well made, I definitely recommend it.
-
The pocketknife is averagely fitted and the sharpness is also average. It has three almost identical blades, rather small in size, but stands out with high rust resistance, an affordable price, elegant appearance, and ultrathin blades that cut like razors and have an interesting ergonomics.
-
Great appearance, very solid workmanship, the blade is exceptionally sharp – like a razor.
-
The pocketknife is compact, comfortable, and works great as an additional or backup blade for smaller tasks or in emergencies. It deserves the highest rating.
