The design is created with demanding conditions in mind, where mechanical resistance and effective protection against external factors play a crucial role. The model is equipped with sturdy wheels and 2 handles.

The housing made of injection-molded HPX resin is characterized by resistance to mechanical damage, deformation, and the influence of atmospheric conditions such as moisture, dust, and temperature fluctuations. The construction sealed with an O-ring meets the IP67 sealing standard, guaranteeing full protection against dust and resistance to water immersion up to a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes.

The interior of the case is filled with resilient cushioning foam, which effectively dampens shocks and protects the contents from mechanical damage. The structure of the inserts allows adjustment to the shape of the transported equipment, increasing its stability and limiting movement during transportation. This concept allows for individualized customization of the protection level to the type of transported equipment, which is essential for delicate and shock-resistant equipment.

The rounded and reinforced edges of the case effectively dissipate impact energy, reducing the risk of damage to the housing and contents. The hinges are placed in reinforced construction zones, enhancing their durability. This solution improves the longevity of the opening and closing mechanism.

All metal elements are made of stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and long-term use in harsh environmental conditions. The case has a buoyancy of up to 69.7 kg, allowing it to float with transported equipment of a total mass not exceeding this value.

The model is equipped with an automatic Vortex valve, which equalizes pressure between the interior of the case and the surroundings. This solution prevents the creation of a vacuum, which could hinder opening the case, e.g., during air transport or use in a water environment. The valve operates automatically, responding to pressure differences without user intervention, facilitating system handling.

The case is equipped with 6 Press&Pull latches - 2 side and 4 main on the front flap. The mechanism automatically locks upon closure, ensuring the seal and security of the transported contents. Opening requires a slight press of the latch, allowing for seamless usage. The construction allows for padlock use, protecting the contents from unauthorized access during both transport and storage.

The case has 2 transport wheels and a retractable handle located at the top, enabling convenient movement, especially with a heavier load. An additional side handle allows for secure hand carrying of the case.
