Shell made of impact-resistant HPX resin, injection-molded. The material is characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage, deformation, and the effects of moisture, dust, and variable temperatures. The O-ring construction meets the IP67 standard, ensuring full dust protection and resistance to immersion in water up to a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes.

The interior of the case is filled with resilient cushioning foam, effectively absorbing shocks and protecting the contents from damage. The structure of the inserts allows for adaptation to the shape of the transported equipment, increasing stability and limiting movement during transport. This solution enables individual customization of the protection level to the type of equipment being transported, which is important for delicate devices.

Rounded and reinforced edges of the case effectively dissipate impact energy, reducing the risk of damage to both the shell and the contents. Hinges located in reinforced structural zones enhance their durability, increasing the longevity of the opening and closing mechanism.

All metal elements are made of stainless steel, ensuring resistance to corrosion and long-term use in challenging conditions. The case is characterized by a buoyancy of 28.3 kg, allowing it to float on water along with the transported equipment with a total mass not exceeding this value.

The model uses an automatic Vortex valve responsible for equalizing internal and external pressure. This solution prevents the creation of a vacuum that could make opening the case difficult during air transport or use in a water environment. The valve operates automatically, responding to pressure differences without user intervention, facilitating the use of the entire system.

The box is equipped with 2 Press&Pull latches located on the front of the lid. The mechanism automatically locks upon closure, ensuring seal and safety of transported content. Opening occurs with a light press of the latch, allowing easy use. The case design allows for the use of a padlock, protecting the contents from unauthorized access both during transport and storage.

The case is equipped with 2 transport wheels and a telescopic handle located on the upper part, facilitating its movement, especially under heavier loads. An additional side handle allows comfortable carrying by hand.
