Poles designed for Nordic walking. Made of durable 6061 aluminum and equipped with an ergonomic handle with an adjustable and detachable strap. The two-segment design with height adjustment from 82 to 140 cm allows you to easily adjust the height of the poles to the user's height or the steepness of the approach.
The poles are equipped with an internal anti-shock system that cushions and absorbs vibrations during hiking, thus protecting the user's joints. Another advantage of this model is its replaceable tips.
The set includes two rubber caps for walking on asphalt and two baskets for hiking on soft ground. A reflective sticker provides additional safety when hiking after dark.
Nordic Walking is an enjoyable sport that comprehensively develops the muscular system and improves physical fitness. When walking with poles, the glutes, thighs, arm muscles, shoulders, chest, and abdominal muscles are all engaged. I bought them to relieve my knees while hiking in the mountains – I have had a chronic injury since 2018. The poles did their job: when going downhill, my knees barely hurt, which hadn’t happened in a long time. Solid and stable.
