Nikwax Tech Wash is designed for precise and gentle cleaning of waterproof materials, assisting in revitalizing the DWR layer and improving water vapor permeability. For new clothing or gear recently waterproofed with Nikwax products, using Tech Wash not only removes dirt and detergent residues but also reactivates the existing water-repellent coating.

The liquid is WaterBased, aerosol-free, and also non-flammable, safe, and environmentally friendly. It is free of harmful solvents and volatile organic compounds (VOC), and does not contain fluorocarbons, whose harmfulness to health and the environment has been proven. It can be used on clothes with breathable membranes like Gore-Tex, Sympatex, eVent, and similar fabrics.
