I purchased the blanket with my bug-out bag in mind, looking for versatile gear, though it will also work great in everyday EDC. I hope to use it as a spare tarp or thermal blanket. The fabrics used seem sturdier than a regular NRC foil, although I haven't tested that yet. I can already see, however, that it is lightweight and takes up little space.

Great, thick thermal blanket that can serve as a waterproof roof cover in a shelter or a temporary tent using a cord. I truly recommend it, it works well in many situations. When folded, it’s very small and will even fit in a pocket.

I use it in a military first aid kit because of its green color. Solid product at a good price, I have nothing to complain about, it actually surprised me positively. It reflects light more than, for example, a tarp, but it’s a foil, so you can’t completely eliminate reflections.

Dark, matte green does not reflect light. In terms of weight and dimensions (when packed), it resembles the typical silver-gold one, but I have not tested its durability. It's a pity there isn't a wider version, 222 by 160 cm, in this color.

This is my first rescue blanket in a military-camouflage color. Usually, they come in shiny, light-reflecting colors, but here, one side is Olive.
