IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) medical pouch in wz.93 Pantera PL Woodland camouflage, designed for storing and transporting medical accessories. Made of polyester with a polyurethane coating. The first aid kit offers quick access to equipment thanks to the tape at the top, which allows it to be opened with a single movement.
Quick opening system
The pouch has a quick-opening system based on Velcro and two zippers. To access the contents, simply pull down the tape handle. The red color of the handle makes it easy to locate in stressful situations. Once opened, the front panel provides access to two elastic organizers, which are good for storing items such as bandages, disinfectants, or scissors.
MOLLE mounting system, Laser Cut technology
On the front of the pocket there is a laser-cut panel for attaching additional equipment compatible with the Molle/Pals system. The back features Molle/Pals straps and handles, allowing the pouch to be attached to a tactical vest, for example. The attachment is secured with a large Velcro strip, allowing the pocket to be quickly removed without having to unfasten it.
Practical organizer, velcro panel
The interior of the pouch is equipped with a functional organizer, allowing for easy arrangement of medical accessories. On the sides, there are caps with holes for mounting additional equipment. A Velcro panel is mounted on the front of the first aid kit for attaching ID tags or patches.

The wz.93 Pantera PL Woodland camouflage pattern is presently employed by the Polish Armed Forces. As the first camouflage design developed and brought into extensive use in the Third Polish Republic, it merges mimetic and deformative features through its use of irregularly sized spots. Very nice first aid kit, the case can be easily opened even with one hand. It's quite spacious – I had no problem fitting all the necessary things. I recommend adding some reflective tags to the zippers, so it's easier to find the fasteners after dark.

It's good that the first aid kit can be quickly torn off the panel. It fit all the necessary items for an IFAK. The panel, of course, is in the MOLLE system. The materials used are of good quality, not Cordura, but still decent. At this price, it's a very good choice.

The first aid kit is quite decent, it fits a lot of things, although it lacks an internal zippered pocket. The Velcro in the tear-off system isn't very strong. At this price, it's OK, but for more demanding users it may be insufficient.
