Spacious IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) detachable pouch, highly effective as a first aid kit. Constructed from polyurethane-coated polyester, it features a rapid-access system utilizing Velcro and dual zippers. Access the interior by swiftly pulling the handle made of webbing. The red handle enhances quick identification under stress. Opening the entire front panel provides access to two flexible organizers, ideal for items such as bandages, antiseptics, or scissors.
The pocket's front includes a laser-cut panel for attaching additional gear compatible with the Molle/Pals system. This panel also serves as a velcro fastener for attaching emblems, like national flags, unit insignias, or Morale Patches. The back of the pocket has straps and hooks utilizing the Molle/Pals system, allowing attachment to items like a tactical vest. The attachment is secured on extensive Velcro, enabling quick removal without unfastening.

It's good that the first aid kit can be quickly torn off the panel. It fit all the necessary items for an IFAK. The panel, of course, is in the MOLLE system. The materials used are of good quality, not Cordura, but still decent. At this price, it's a very good choice.
