Mil-Tec Commando Sleeping Bag - Flecktarn

Durable sleeping bag in Flecktarn camouflage, built in a mummy system to provide ergonomic body positioning and freedom of movement while resting. The construction is made from high-quality polyester with an outer layer for damage resistance and Micro Fiber insulation.

The temperature rating of the Commando sleeping bag is determined according to ISO 23537-1:2022 standard

• T-comfort: 6°C – the lowest temperature at which a woman can comfortably sleep through the night
• T-limit: 1°C – the minimum sleeping temperature for a man without feeling discomfort
• T-extreme: -14°C – the lowest temperature at which survival is possible, but not recommended for regular use

The outer layer of the sleeping bag is made of specially waterproofed polyester that stands up to moisture and is easy to keep clean. The inside is lined with soft cotton for a skin-friendly feel.

The filling is a synthetic Micro Fiber layer with a grammage of 150 g/m², ensuring low weight and proper thermal insulation. The quilted structure prevents fiber migration, allowing heat to be distributed evenly inside the sleeping bag.

The model features a two-way zipper situated on the left side, secured with a velcro flap. On the inside, an additional protective strip shields against snags and heat loss.

The anatomically shaped hood effectively limits heat loss from the head. The drawstring further reduces heat loss and increases comfort in low temperatures.

The design is optimized for easy transport and storage. When packed, the sleeping bag measures 39 x 18 x 18 cm and weighs 950 g, making it easy to pack without overloading your gear.

The set includes a practical storage sack that protects the sleeping bag during transport and guards it from dirt and damage.

Flecktarn is a classic German military camouflage pattern officially adopted by the Bundeswehr in 1990. The design uses numerous irregular spots in five colors—commonly dark green, olive, brown, black, and beige. The arrangement and blurred edges of the spots allow Flecktarn to effectively break up the wearer’s silhouette in forests, brush, and on forest floor backdrops. The camouflage was designed for European climates, especially the temperate zone.
