In summary, this is a decent small first aid kit. I bought it to carry in my everyday bag (or alternately in others, depending on who takes it that day :P), and also as extra equipment for the car first aid kit. It works well in this role, but the MOLLE system straps could be a bit sturdier and ideally about 2 cm longer.

Tactical tear-off first aid kit crafted from rugged and damage-resistant polyester. It features a quick detachment system for emergencies. Secured to the mounting base with a sturdy velcro panel and held with a trouser strap using a fastex buckle.
The quick release system incorporates Velcro and two zippers ending in sizable trousers with plastic grips. It ensures swift access to supplies, even with gloves on, by dynamically pulling down on the tape-made handle.
Inside the first aid kit, three open compartments and straps are present, through which an elastic band with a puller is threaded, aiding in the organization of medical tools and supplies.
A velcro panel featuring a medical emblem is situated on the front. PALS webbing strips are on the sides and back for attaching additional gear, as well as securing the first aid kit to a belt, tactical vest, or backpack in the MOLLE system. Two D-rings at the back offer an alternative method for attachment during transport.
The first aid kit is sold without equipment.

This is not a tactical first aid kit – the main issue is the lack of tightness, because the zippers don't go all the way down, leaving two openings at the top. The zippers themselves are really poor quality – they broke the first time I used them, even though the kit wasn't overloaded. On the plus side, easy access.

The first aid kit is well made, well organized, equipped with practical pockets and compartments. There is nothing to complain about – it's compact, yet it holds many necessary things. The ability to open it with one hand is very helpful in emergency situations – I definitely recommend it.
