In summary, this is a decent small first aid kit. I bought it to carry in my everyday bag (or alternately in others, depending on who takes it that day :P), and also as extra equipment for the car first aid kit. It works well in this role, but the MOLLE system straps could be a bit sturdier and ideally about 2 cm longer.

Tactical tear-off first aid kit constructed from strong and damage-resistant polyester. Equipped with a quick detachment system for emergency situations, it fastens to a mounting panel using a robust velcro section and is secured with a trouser and fastex buckle.
The incorporated quick release system utilizes Velcro and two zippers that terminate in large tabs with plastic grips, allowing quick access to the contents even while wearing gloves, by swiftly pulling down the tape handle.
Inside the kit, there are three open compartments and straps, through which an elastic band with an adjuster is threaded to help organize medical supplies.
The front panel features a velcro section displaying a medical emblem, with PALS webbing strips on the sides and back for attaching extra gear or securing the kit to a belt, tactical vest, or backpack using the MOLLE system. An alternative attachment method during transport involves two D-rings at the rear.
The first aid kit is sold without equipment.

This is not a tactical first aid kit – the main issue is the lack of tightness, because the zippers don't go all the way down, leaving two openings at the top. The zippers themselves are really poor quality – they broke the first time I used them, even though the kit wasn't overloaded. On the plus side, easy access.

The first aid kit is well made, well organized, equipped with practical pockets and compartments. There is nothing to complain about – it's compact, yet it holds many necessary things. The ability to open it with one hand is very helpful in emergency situations – I definitely recommend it.
