My previous sleeping bag lasted me over a decade, but this new one is a perfect replacement. It is well made, from a material that feels pleasant to the touch and doesn't get dirty easily. I’ve already spent a few nights in it in the forest and I have to admit that even at the stated temperature it works great – it actually got too warm for me, as it was about 6 degrees outside and I slept only in shorts, otherwise it would have been too hot. It keeps the temperature very well, I definitely recommend it.

MFH Fox Outdoor Mummy Sleeping Bag - Woodland
Durable sleeping bag in Woodland camouflage, with a mummy-style design, allowing you to lie comfortably and move freely during sleep. Made from high-quality polyester with a damage-resistant outer shell and synthetic Hollow Fiber insulation for enhanced durability.
Temperature range and usage conditions
The temperature ranges for the Mummy sleeping bag are defined in accordance with the EN ISO 23537-1 standard:
- T-comfort: 2.4°C – the lowest temperature at which a woman can sleep through the night without feeling cold
- T-limit: -3.1°C – the lowest temperature at which a man can sleep without discomfort
- T-extreme: -19.6°C – the minimum temperature for survival inside the sleeping bag, but not recommended for regular use
Polyester construction
The outer layer of polyester effectively protects against abrasions, mechanical damage, and moisture. The inner polyester lining is comfortable against the skin. This design performs well for both demanding expeditions and relaxed camping trips.
Hollow Fiber insulation
Two layers of filling made from 225 g/m2 Hollow Fiber are lightweight and extremely compressible. The quilted construction prevents the fibers from shifting, ensuring even heat distribution. The insulation retains its loft and allows for proper air circulation. Its thermal properties remain effective even after exposure to moisture, washing, or heavy use. The filling does not cause allergic reactions, making it suitable for people allergic to down.
Two-way zipper
This model is equipped with a two-way zipper with a hook and loop closure running the full length of the bag.
Hood and collar with adjustable drawstrings
Anatomically shaped hood provides excellent thermal protection for your head and helps prevent heat loss in cold weather. The contoured hood also shields you from wind and moisture. Adjustable shoulder and collar areas with drawstrings keep cold air from entering the sleeping bag.
Easy transport and storage
Designed for easy transport and storage. When packed in its compression sack, the sleeping bag measures 40 x 25 x 25 cm and weighs 1950 g, making it easy to carry and minimizing backpack weight.
Set elements
The sleeping bag comes with a compression sack for convenient storage and transport.

Woodland camouflage
Woodland, also known as US Woodland or M81, is a classic camouflage pattern introduced to the U.S. military in the 1980s, inspired by the earlier ERDL design. For more than twenty years, it remained the primary camouflage for the U.S. Army, up to the end of the first decade of the 21st century. Recognizable by its large, irregular patches in green, brown, tan, and black, it provides excellent concealment and silhouette breakup, especially in forested environments. Due to its effectiveness and iconic status, many variations have been used by over 60 military forces worldwide. Woodland has also become popular in pop culture, making its way from military gear to everyday fashion.

Hollow Fiber is a type of synthetic fiber characterized by a hollow space inside the structure. Thanks to this solution, the fibers effectively retain air, which ensures high insulating properties without increasing the weight of the material. The fibers are lightweight, breathable and quick-drying, which is why they are widely used in thermal clothing, sleeping bags and outdoor equipment.

I doubt whether the minus 10 degrees are realistic, but at minus 2 degrees it's comfortably warm. Together with the MFH bivvy bag, it's a good combo. The zippers also work perfectly and don't catch. The size is perfect and the material feels pleasant, too. I can therefore recommend buying it. It's hard to find anything better in this price range.

The sleeping bag is amazing – in summer, you can even sleep in just your underwear without covering yourself with anything. At the beginning of October, with temperatures around -1°C, it still provides a very comfortable sleep. Even my brother, who is always cold, was satisfied when he used the sleeping bag during finishing work at home. Packing the sleeping bag into the sack is a separate adventure and quite a workout, as you can work up a sweat doing it. At this price, I highly recommend it to everyone who enjoys sleeping in the great outdoors.

I am very satisfied – at -5°C, sleeping in a fleece and long johns, the comfort was really good. Without the fleece, it was still bearable but a bit cold. It's a bit tight inside, but that's probably intentional.
-
The sleeping bag is sturdy and very warm. I will soon test it in light frost. At this price, it's hard to find a sleeping bag rated for up to -10 degrees.
-
The sleeping bag is carefully finished. I was pleasantly surprised by its softness and warmth. The only drawback is its relatively large size. For this price, it's a great choice, especially for weekend camping in the forest.
-
The sleeping bag is very warm. Although some have mentioned that it is hard to fit it into the stuff sack, I didn't have much trouble with it. The only minor downside is the fairly loud, rustling material, which may bother others.
-
The sleeping bag retains heat very well, making sleep comfortable even in difficult conditions, although not in extreme temperatures. It is durable, light, and practical. I warmly recommend it to everyone.
-
I tested the sleeping bag on March 8, 2024. The sleeping bag itself is well-made, but in my opinion, it is not suitable for use in very low temperatures below -8°C.
-
The sleeping bag works great during severe frosts, is soft to the touch, nicely finished, and carefully sewn. The zipper works smoothly without getting stuck, which is a big plus.
-
This is a very warm sleeping bag, it worked well during a night in a tent with zero temperature outside. The price is adequate for the quality, I am satisfied with the purchase and recommend it to others.
-
The sleeping bag is inexpensive and provides good warmth. Unfortunately, it is a bit heavy and difficult to fold and pack into its cover. Nevertheless, it is really useful during winter nights in the forest and works great when combined with a hammock.
-
I didn't expect much for this price. I chose the sleeping bag as the cheapest option in case I needed to sleep at a plot. As soon as it arrived, I tried it right away. It wasn't the best idea, because it was over 10 degrees outside and after a few minutes I was all sweaty :p :p :p. I think it will handle well at lower temperatures.
-
Very good sleeping bag. The specifications match what the manufacturer provides. At this price, I definitely recommend it.

The sleeping bag is very comfortable and warm; at night with about 6 degrees, you could sleep just in a T-shirt, even though the campfire was already out. At this price, it's a really good choice. Highly recommend.
