MFH 3x3 Tarp - Woodland

The MFH Tarp camping sheet consists of robust polyester with a polyurethane coating. It serves various purposes such as a tent, sunshade, protective tarp, or emergency material. It boasts water resistance up to a 1500 mm water column.

Rugged construction

The model measuring 3 m x 3 m features sturdy metal eyelets located at each corner and the center of each side, allowing for effortless setup and versatile configurations. Additional stitching around the eyelets strengthens the structure and boosts tear resistance.

For over 20 years, it served as the standard pattern for the US military until the close of the first decade of the 21st century. Featuring large, irregular patches in green, brown, beige, and black, it offers excellent camouflage and concealment capabilities, particularly in forested environments.     A solid tarp, not some thin sheets that let water through. It has a large surface area, so you can hide well under it. The camouflage will be very effective in summer, although a bit less so in late autumn. The tarp didn’t leak even during heavy rain. I definitely recommend it.

    In my opinion, this is the best tarp in this price range, and it’s also noticeably lighter than other 3x3 models. The downside is the rather low waterproofness and the presence of grommets instead of straps, so it doesn’t quite match more expensive counterparts. However, in A-frame configurations or with highly sloped surfaces, it works excellently. I recommend both the product and the Military store.

    For this amount of money, it's really a good choice. As a first camping tarp, it works well as shelter both for resting on a hot afternoon and during autumn rain. Only the mounting eyelet ripped—that’s all.
