These Merrell shoes provide exceptional comfort; even after long periods of wear, they do not cause foot fatigue. The rubber sole has excellent grip and is very flexible.

After four years of using the Moab 2 mid tactical waterproof model, I decided to buy another pair – this time version 3. In my opinion, the previous model fit my foot better, although I don't remember exactly how it was four years ago. I never washed or waterproofed them, and only after several years did they start letting water in. After washing and waterproofing them, they became watertight again. I walk in them daily in the forest for about 2 hours, mostly on grass, mud, and through puddles. Now I've bought model 3 and I hope it will perform just as well. Excellent shoes – size 43 fits perfectly, even on a wide foot. I definitely recommend them. I'm attaching photos of my four-year-old second-generation shoes to the review.

The declared waterproofness is only theoretical. After walking through small puddles, the socks are soaked. The membrane lets water through even after using waterproofing spray and does not protect against moisture.
-
These are already my second pair of shoes from this brand – the previous ones, after a few years of use in various conditions, are starting to wear out. They were very durable, so I decided to buy the same model again. I sincerely recommend them.
-
Choosing footwear is an individual matter, but for me these shoes are perfect in terms of fit and comfort. After a few days of use, I bought a second identical pair. I wore them for about 10 hours a day and during that time I didn't even feel them on my feet. Definitely worth recommending, and service at militaria.pl is always fast and efficient.
-
The footwear is comfortable and light, but I wouldn't exaggerate the claim that they are waterproof. After a walk in a dewy meadow, my feet were wet. I don't know where the membrane is that's supposed to protect against water.
-
This is the latest model from this series – I also used previous versions and have no complaints. The shoes are lightweight, comfortable, and suitable for every season. I recommend them!

Merrell has clearly lowered the quality of their products. For this model, the waterproofing is okay, but the breathability is zero. After a few days of hiking in damp forests, your feet are so blistered that your toenails fall off. If they get dirty with mud and soil, they are impossible to clean, and after a few washes, they deform at the front, the GoreTex begins to delaminate, and the sole starts to come off a bit. Maybe they're okay for a short drizzle in the mountains, but promoting them as combat boots is a joke.
-
The shoes are solid and durable – this is another pair of this reliable brand that I own. They provide great support for the foot and are very lightweight. They are perfect for tough conditions and are waterproof.
-
The Merrell MOAB 3 Mid Tactical Waterproof model is indeed elegant and practical in the field, but it also has its drawbacks – especially the excessively stiff upper part of the boot, which presses on the leg. The solution is to lace the shoes one level lower, which improves comfort. The tongue of the shoe is also unnecessarily thick, which increases the pressure on the ankle.
-
I definitely give five stars – the product matches the description and serves well. Most importantly, the shoes are waterproof and perform well during mountain trips and in other conditions. I recommend them.
-
They work well on cold and rainy days, they keep warmth well. I don't know how they'll handle severe frosts, but for Polish winters they are suitable. The soles work well on slippery surfaces, they are flexible, and tying and untying works flawlessly.
-
I recommend ordering two sizes to try, because size 42 in these shoes fits more like 41.5. As for waterproofness and breathability, it's hard for me to judge.
-
The shoes give the impression of being solidly and well made, they are warm and definitely waterproof. I don't have a clear opinion on breathability. It's a good idea to order two sizes or even consider three for size 42 feet. With a 26 cm foot length, size 42 turned out to be unsuitable – so I recommend ordering at least two pairs, although it is a bigger expense.
-
When it comes to breathability and air circulation, these shoes are the weakest among all I've ever used. Just half an hour walk in the city during autumn and the sock is completely wet from sweat, even if the shoes are loosely tied. They may be comfortable, but due to constant moisture inside, wearing them is not comfortable.
