They were in the compartment for a long time, but a big promotion made me buy them. They'll be perfect for winter. The workmanship is excellent – double stitching, no threads sticking out. The leather is thick but soft. The rubber elements provide good protection for the fingers and the back of the hand. I guess they will become my favorite winter gloves.
Mechanix Wear M-Pact Insulated Leather Driver F9-360 Tactical Gloves - Coyote
Insulated tactical gloves in beige and black. Designed for professional soldiers and operators of special units. A great choice for those looking for gloves that are lightweight, comfortable, protect the hand well and provide a secure grip.
DuraHide leather, PrimaLoft Gold insulation, HPPE lining
The model is made of DuraHide leather characterized by high abrasion resistance. The filling made of 100g PrimaLoft Gold synthetic insulation effectively warms and ensures thermal comfort in difficult weather conditions. Inside, there is an HPPE lining.
cut resistance and TPR panels
Thanks to the combination of strong DuraHide leather and HPPE lining, the gloves are cut resistant (compliant with EN 388: 2016 Level F & ANSI A9 standards). On the top side of the gloves are panels made of TPR (thermoplastic rubber), which are great for protecting against abrasions and impacts of the hand against elements of the external environment. The panels meet the requirements of EN 13594 & ANSI 138 Level 2, and feature special compartments that allow you to bend your fingers and clench your hands into a fist.
flexible design, cuff with protector, drawstring
The gloves provide full grip control and do not hinder precise movements. The extended cuff with internal protection effectively protects the upper part of the hand. The elastic drawstring ensures a good fit around the wrist.
ANSI/ISEA 105-XA9X, ANSI/ISEA 138 Level 2, and EN388-4X43FP, EN511-22X standards
The gloves meet the American protective standard ANSI/ISEA 105 at level XA9X for cut, abrasion, and puncture resistance, which means:
- X: abrasion resistance (scale from 1 to 6)
- A9: cut resistance (scale from A1 to A9)
- X: puncture resistance (scale from 0 to 5)
The gloves also meet the American protective standard ANSI/ISEA 138 at level 2 for impact energy absorption, which means:
- 1: basic impact protection
- 2: medium level of protection
- 3: high level of protection
The gloves comply with the protective standard EN388 at level 4X43FP for mechanical resistance, which means:
- 4: abrasion resistance (scale 0–4)
- X: cut resistance (scale 0–5)
- 4: tear resistance (scale 0–4)
- 3: puncture resistance (scale 0–4)
- F: cut resistance – TDM test (ISO 13997) (scale A–F)
- P: impact protection (test passed)
Cold protection complies with the standard EN511 at level 22X, which means:
- 2: resistance to convective cold (scale 0–4)
- 2: resistance to contact cold (scale 0–4)
- X: resistance to water penetration (0 or 1)
Under the ANSI/ISEA 105 standard, abrasion resistance is rated on a scale from 1 to 6 and refers to the number of cycles the material can withstand before wear. Cut resistance is classified on a scale from A1 to A9 (from the lowest to the highest level of protection). Puncture resistance is rated on a scale from 0 to 5 and indicates the force required to puncture the glove surface with a sharp probe (excluding needle punctures).
Under the ANSI/ISEA 138 standard, impact protection is evaluated based on the transmitted force (expressed in kN) during an impact test. The lower the transmitted force, the higher the level of protection provided by the gloves.
The scales used in EN388 and EN511 standards indicate glove protection levels: a value of 0 means no protection, while the highest values (4, 5) indicate maximum resistance. For water penetration resistance: 0 means penetration, and 1 means no penetration.
In the TDM test (ISO 13997), letter designations are used, where A indicates the lowest protection and F the highest.
The X marking indicates that a given parameter was not tested or is not applicable. The P marking indicates that the glove meets impact protection requirements.

I bought them thinking about riding my motorcycle in colder weather. Yesterday it was 10 degrees – my hands stayed warm, only my feet got cold. The gloves are comfortable and keep you warm. They're a bit stiff, but it's their first use. Overall, I'm very satisfied with them.
